The substantial completion date for this project is 687days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller. , 15% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises ("MBE") participation and 15% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises ("WBE") participation (based on the current availability of qualified MBEs and WBEs) for Construction Work, an overall goal of 18% for MWBE participation, 9% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises ("MBE") participation and 9% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises ("WBE") participation (based on the current availability of qualified MBEs and WBEs) for HVAC Work, an overall goal of 16% for MWBE participation, 8% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises ("MBE") participation and 8% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises ("WBE") participation (based on the current availability of qualified MBEs and WBEs) for Plumbing Work, and an overall goal of 14% for MWBE participation, 7% for-Owned Business Enterprises ("MBE") participation and 7% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises ("WBE") participation (based on the current availability of qualified MBEs and WBEs) for Electrical Work,. The total contract goal can be obtained by utilizing any combination of MBE and /or WBE participation for subcontracting and supplies acquired under this Contract.
