Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hammond, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Installation of about 3,200 LF of new 6" thick PC Concrete sidewalks (5' wide) on the east side of Washington Avenue, north side of Old Covington Highway, and the west side of Range Road, along with sub-surface drainage associated with the sidewalk work; installation of about 6,000 LF of new storm drain pipes (15" - 30" diameter RCP) and 135 EA drainage catch basins in several locations; and paving and related work as called for on the drawings, indicated on the Bid Form, or reasonably implied. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.' Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition (suitable for re-use) within ten (10) days after receipt of Bids (April 20, 2020) will receive a full refund ($100.00). Non-Bidders, and Bidders who obtain more than one set of the Bidding Documents, will receive a refund of $20.00 for documents returned in good condition within the time limit indicated above. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to "Spangler Engineering, LLC". Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Monday-Thursday), and 8:00 am - 12 noon (Friday), and shall obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described herein. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
