Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mackinac Island, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Work to be completed under this contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to paint all previously painted exterior surfaces and any "new wood" (replacement installed by state park carpenters). Painting will include stone foundation excluding foundation under south porch. Vendor is to supply all labor, tools, brushes, ladders, scaffolding, lifts, caulk. Vendor is also to supply all transportation, including ferry and dray services. Vendor will replace any cracked glass panes; Mackinac Island State Park will provide glass. Wood/Window surfaces Primer: Pittsburg #17-921 XI Universal Primer Sealer, Seal Grip Exterior Finish Paint: Pratt & Lambert Pro Hide Gold Semi-Gloss Latex White Masonry Surfaces Primer: Benjamin Moore Super Spec Exterior Low Luster #L-185 White Finish Paint: PPG Perma-Crete White Masonry Coating; Pitt-Flex Elastometric Coating smooth Caulk: Alex Plus by DAP or equivalent Glazing: DAP 33 or equivalent All paint or materials must be approved by Park Management before use.
