Renovation of an educational facility in Oneonta, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Perna Science Gender Neutral Bathroom Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. The Perna Science Building Gender Neutral Toilet Room renovation converts an existing shower room into a toilet room and shower. Work includes 1) selective demolition and repair of the concrete floor and ceilings 2) installation of a new wall for new plumbing fixtures and accessories 3) plumbing piping 4) installation of new finishes including tile. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. *This project is on hold due to the public health crisis. A new timeline has not been established.
