Description

Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for an industrial development in Bensenville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a industrial development; for site work for a industrial development; and for asbestos abatement for a industrial development.

The scope of work shall consist of the following: Commercial and industrial building board up services, site clearing and grading, erosion and sediment control, environmental testing for asbestos, lead, or other regulated substances and removal and remediation (as necessary), building demolition, pavement removal, topsoil and seeding, mowing, temporary /permanent fencing, trees and tree stump removal, maintenance of traffic during construction, utility disconnection and removal and other ancillary removals as required. Due to safety concerns regarding the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the Illinois Tollway’s Bid Opening for Contract 4715 will be CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC but will be available for viewing online on Friday, March 27, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. via the link we have provided below. The Illinois Tollway’s offices at 2700 Ogden, Downers Grove, IL will be open for bids to be dropped off beginning at 10 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on the bid due date of Friday, March 27, 2020. Bid packages will only be accepted in the MAIN LOBBY (EAST ENTRANCE)
