Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to first quarter, 2023. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This document constitutes a request for competitive, sealed qualifications for the provision of Engineering Services for West Ash Pump Station Upgrades for the City of Columbia (hereinafter referred to as City) as set forth herein. Proposals received after the appointed time will be determined non-responsive and will not be opened. Sealed proposals must be submitted in three (3) copies, one of which must be an original and so marked. The proposals must be in a sealed envelope and marked in bold letters RFQUAL 70/2020. The City of Columbia reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications received in response to this RFQ, or to cancel the RFQ if it is in the best interest of the City of Columbia to do so. Failure to furnish all information requested in this RFQ may disqualify the qualifications. Any exceptions to the requirements specified must be identified in the qualifications.
