Site work for a municipal facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The Project consists of the construction of approximately 1,200 LF of stream restoration that includes channel and floodplain grading, revegetation, in-stream structures, channel bank protection, and landscape plantings. This project also consists of constructing two boulder riffle structures and one J-hook structure located upstream that were not constructed in Phase II during 2019 construction. The work is being completed to continue restoration efforts for Sunlight Creek in the Sunlight Basin Wildlife Habitat Management Area (WHMA). The Wyoming Game and Fish Department will provide materials for the construction of the structures for this project. These materials have been approved by the Engineer and meet the project specifications. Owner will oversee the delivery of materials to the staging area. Transportation from staging area to the site of installation is incidental to the installation of the structures. A force account for the Project will be established to cover any minor contract revisions necessary. Any repairs or reconstruction of structures (toe wood, boulder riffles vanes, boulder j-hooks, log riffles, floodplain or channel grading, or revegetation), that might be necessary to the previously installed Phase II of the project would be completed under this bid item. The Owner anticipates the start date of construction is August 1, 2020. The Contractor shall complete in-channel construction work prior to October 1, to protect spawning brook trout. The brook trout spawning closure is from October 1 through November 30. The Sunlight Wildlife Habitat Management Area is closed from December 16 through April 30. Written questions about the procurement process should be submitted electronicallyu until 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time, April 16, 2020. Any questions received after the deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted individually. It is the proposer's responsibility to check for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Proposers in attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting are required to represent the company from which they are employed. Only if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it must be received in the Purchasing Office at: State of Wyoming, Procurement Section, 2800 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 2:00 p.m. April 23, 2020. A copy of the 10% cashier check will not be accepted.
