Boston Common Garage 2020 Low Roof Repairs. This project is for the removal and replacement of waterproofing and repair of the low roof at the BCG which will be occupied and operating during construction, all as more fully set forth in the Specifications and Drawings. Q&A due date: 04/08/2020 5:00:00 PM This work shall include all miscellaneous work associated with the completion of the work in accordance with the Construction Documents. This shall include, but not be limited to, incidental shoring barricades, cleanup, dust and fume control, layout, equipment, waste disposal, documentation, obstruction removal and replacement,monthly as-built documents, and temporary heat, water, and utilities. b. The Contractor shall install temporary pedestrian pathways around the work area. c. The Contractor shall coordinate repair phasing with the Owner and the Engineer. d.
