Renovation of a mixed-use development in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,671-square-foot educational facility.

*As of July 14, 2022, a general contractor has been awarded. The Contractor is to include all necessary labor, material and equipment for the Renovation of the 3rd floor Computer Warehouse Building Suite 329 per the contract documents. The current space is dated and will be revised into multiple offices. The construction includes but is not limited to Hazardous Material removals, demolition, General construction, HVAC, Electrical and Architectural finishes. Coordination with the furniture installation is required. Final questions are due prior to April 9th, 2020. Final addendum will be issued April 15th, 2020. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 120 calendar days, after all final approvals, which may include approvals of the New York State Attorney General and the Office of the State Comptroller. Bids must be submitted as three (3) complete packages, which must have original signatures on the forms provided by the University, in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The selected contractor must comply with M/WBE goals. State University of New York goals are: 24.83% MBE and 5.17% WBE participation of the total contract value. State University of New York also has a goal for the Work Force participation: EEO 10% WBE and EEO 10% MBE of total work force on the project. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
