For Cafeteria Serving Line for Liberty Pines and Pacetti Bay The bid is for the design, custom build, purchase, delivery and installation of Cafeteria Serving Lines for Liberty Pines Academy and Pacetti Bay Middle. Contractor is responsible for supplying, at its own expense, all supervision, labor, equipment, machines, tools, materials, transportation and anything necessary to perform work. SJCSD will not purchase, lease, rent or otherwise obtain any equipment. All installation shall be performed in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and codes. All equipment installation shall be in compliance with the manufacturers specifications. Contractor shall be responsible for removal of all debris from the site and the cleaning of work areas. The premises shall be free of debris and unusable materials resulting from their work and as work progresses; or upon request by an authorized SJCSD representative, shall remove such debris and materials from property. Debris will NOT be deposited into SJCSD refuse containers. The equipment delivered and installed shall remain property of the awarded Contractor until a physical inspection and actual usage of the equipment is made and accepted to the satisfaction of an authorized SJCSD representative.SJCSD reserves the right to inspect all work prior to payment. The awarded Contractor shall promptly correct all work rejected by an authorized SJCSD representative as defective. The awarded Contractor shall bear all costs of correcting such rejected work. Employees or agents of the Contractor must sign in and sign out when working at any SJCSD facility.
