A timeline for the award is not yet determined.** Vendor Questions Due Date: March 26, 2020 by 4:00 p.m. PWSA is requesting bids for the construction of twenty-four (24) private sanitary sewer and stormwater laterals along the southern side of Forbes Avenue from Shady Avenue to Murray Avenue. The lateral construction will be from the main to one (1) foot behind the face of curb. Connection from the end of PWSA construction to the buildings will be conducted by the property owners. Supplier Diversity Participation - The Authority's current goal for Minority Business Enterprise ("MBE"), Women Business Enterprise ("WBE"), Disadvantaged Small Business Enterprise ("DBE"), Small Business Enterprises ("SBE"), Veteran Business Enterprise ("VBE")/Service Disabled-Veteran Business Enterprises ("SDVBE") participation is between ten percent (10%) to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total dollar value of the Authority's contracts. All Bids for such contracts must be accompanied by Exhibit II-MBE/WBE/DBE/SBE/VBE/SDVBE Solicitation and Commitment Statement, demonstrating a good faith effort to meet said goals, or a detailing of why the MBE/WBE/DBE/SBE/VBE/SDVBE participation goals could not be met. In addition, all required letters of commitment and copies of current certifications shall be submitted with the Bid
