Site work for a water / sewer project in Peru, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project has been Rebid As of Aug 21 the project is plan for rebid again in the fall. The Work includes the installation of approximately 1,570 feet of 12-inch and 16-inch-diameter ductile iron (DI) and/or 18-inch and 22-inch-diameter high density polyethylene (HDPE) under the Wabash River. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. Bidders shall comply with federal wage rates. Bidders shall comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity as amended. Peru Utilities reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
