The intent of this bid is to obtain competitive pricing for professional operation and maintenance services for the wastewater and water treatment plants and lift stations located on the Fisheating Creek Wildlife Management Area (WMA) campground, per the specifications contained herein. Only responsive and responsible Contractors will be considered for award of this Invitation to Bid (ITB). The contract will be effective for five (5) years from issuance of Purchase Order. Deadline for Questions Must be received PRIOR to: April 3, 2020 @ 5:00 PM ET Anticipated date for Responses to Written Questions April 8, 2020 Driving Directions for site: Located in Glades County, Florida, the campground is on US 27, approximately 16 miles northwest of Moore Haven, 15 miles north of LaBelle, and 25 miles south of Lake Placid. The entrance is approximately one mile north of the intersection of Hwy 29 and US 27 and one mile south of Palmdale (on the west side of US 27). The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularity in the submissions received in response to this ITB. The Commission reserves the right to consider all information, whether submitted or otherwise, to determine responsiveness and responsibility and to reject bids accordingly. Violation of this provision may be grounds for rejecting a response.
