Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Montevideo, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 60,141-square-foot elderly care / assisted living facility; for site work for a water / sewer project; for paving for a elderly care / assisted living facility; and elderly care / assisted living facility.
As of 10/19/2021, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Knutson Construction as the Construction Manager at Risk for The Department of Administration, on behalf of the State of Minnesota, is seeking all trades for the eventual construction of the Minnesota Veterans Home - Montevideo, 2190 Williams Avenue, Montevideo, MN 56265. This is new construction on a vacant land located on the Northwest side of Montevideo. The project consists of 2 connected buildings totaling 60,141 square feet. The buildings have offices, resident units, dining, living, utility, multipurpose, kitchens, and pantry rooms. Site work includes excavating, site utilities, and landscaping. Supplier shall furnish and pay for all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, scaffolds, appliances and all other items necessary to fully perform the Agreement, consistent with the provisions of the Contract Documents
