Engineers Estimate: $250,000-$300,000 Operations Building Stores Area Ventilation Improvements, the Work, includes, but is not necessarily limited to the replacement of electric and hydronic heating units; ductwork and piping distribution, and appurtenances; electrical, controls and structural improvements. Bid Security-In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21, each Bid shall enclose Bid Security, as specified in the Instructions to Bidders, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bidder's Base Bid plus all alternates, but not in excess of $20,000. Local Public Contract Requirements-The New Jersey Department of Labor and Industry's Prevailing Wage Determination for the Work is Confirmation No. 74360. Requests for Interpretation-All questions or inquiries concerning the Bidding Documents or the Work shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer. The Owner expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any non-conformances, readvertise for Bids or withhold the award for any reason the Owner determines.
