Renovation of a municipal facility in Johnson City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Pre-Bid Conference. Due to ongoing virus concerns, the Pre-Bid Conference will be held by interactive video conference format, and therefore will not be held at the ETSU Physical Plant. Plan holders will be sent (in a separate email) information including a link through which bidders may connect into the ZOOM meeting conference. If you do not receive the ZOOM instructions by April 3, 2020, feel free to contact the Designers office. The State of Tennessee is inviting General Contractor bids for the Work of this project. Examine documents at the Designer's office or Plan Rooms on or after March 11, 2020. Bidders shall be licensed and qualified per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or check (certified or cashier's) made payable to State of Tennessee. Non-discrimination policy applies. If the initial Contract Sum as awarded exceeds $100,000, the successful Bidder shall provide Contract Bond in an amount of 100 percent of Contract Sum and in accordance with the requirements and form exhibited as Section 00 61 13. The Owner reserves right to: reject Unit Prices proposed in a bid without invalidating other portions of bid; reject a bid which does not provide all required Unit Prices; waive informalities; and, reject any or all bids.
