The City of Smyrna is seeking sealed proposals for a unit-price contract for the addition of a unisex family restroom on the east side of the existing Wolfe Adult Recreation Center located at 884 Church Street, Smyrna, GA 30080. QUESTIONS: All questions or requests for additional information must reference RFP 22-019 Wolfe Adult Recreation Center Renovation and must be submitted in writing by noon, Friday, December 3, 2021 on the BidNet e-procurement site. Addenda will be posted on the BidNet Direct site. Professional Service firms, contractors and subcontractors, should be familiar with the requirements regarding conditions of employment, correct job classifications and minimum wage rates for all workers on this project. Professional Service firms, contractors and subcontractors must comply with all Federal, State, and local requirements.
