Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fruita, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Fruita is accepting sealed bids for 2020 K.4 Rd./Fremont St. Improvements Project in the City of Fruita, Mesa County, Colorado. This storm sewer, street and pedestrian improvements project consists of removal of existing fencing, trees, asphalt and concrete, installation of approximately 1,500 of sidewalk, road widening and a small amount of underground storm drainage work on K.4 Rd. and Fremont St. near the new Monument Ridge Elementary School in Fruita. This project will be constructed and the roads will be open before the beginning of the 2020 school year. Bidders are requested to provide contact information to Fruita Engineering for addendums or bid information by electronic cdehmel@fruita.org.
