Renovation of a municipal facility in Daytona Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
For Direct Replacement of Metal Roofing The City of Daytona Beach Shores, Volusia County, Florida will receive sealed bids from interested parties for the removal of existing metal roofing and replacing it with a new aluminum roof at the Daytona Beach Shores Public Safety facility at 3050 S Atlantic Ave. The City is not responsible for the U.S. Mail or private carriers or messengers regarding delivery to the City by the specified time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all non-substantial irregularities in bids received whenever such rejection is in the best interest of the City, or to accept the proposal which best serves the interest of the City. In accordance with Florida Statutes 287.133 (2) (a), any person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity, may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity, and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Section 287.017, for Category Two for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
