Upgrades include minor demolition, site grading, relocation of power pole, paving with asphalt and concrete, and installation of a shallow storm water basin with outlet structure. Type of Contract: Construction, Firm Fixed Priced (FFP), Single Award Contract County: Sevier, UT Type of Construction: Building Magnitude: Between $250K-$500K All correspondence relating to the solicitation will be via email. Offerors are to consolidate questions related to this solicitation and site visit and must email to vmeier@blm.gov no later than Thursday, April 10, 2020 at 12 pm MT. Questions submitted and answers provided by BLM will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation. All questions must be submitted in writing. No questions will be accepted via phone calls. Period of Performance: 05/01/2020 to 07/15/2020
