**As of March 26, 2021,the project has been awarded to AllStar Ecology, LLC for $123,364.62. Anticipated start date is 4/1/2021.** The Project generally consists of Excavation, Placement of Amended soil, Invasive Species Management Native Species Planting, Seeding and associated work at the specified location indicated above. The anticipated project completion date is on or before June 30, 2021. The Project cost is anticipated to be at least $25,000.00, Therefore, provisions of The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage and The Davis-Bacon Acts shall apply. The Lower Allen Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township This project is partially funded through a Grant by The United States Environmental Protection Agency and The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF). The Contractor will be required to apply for/and comply with provisions regarding the U.S. Department of Labor's Davis-Bacon Act, as amended and OMB Uniform Guidance requirements.
