Construction of a 2.9-mile new alignment section of I-69 from the CSX railroad bridge north of KY-351, running north and east to the intersection with US-60 near Bethel Tillman Road and the US-60 bridge over CSX, including construction of new interchanges at US-41 and US-60 Project Manager - Emily Deason, P.E. Design-Build Teams (DBTs) will submit final proposals for construction of the new interchange in mid-November 2021, and a DBT will be selected based upon a combination of technical and price proposals in December 2021. The Consultant team shall include a DBE Participation Plan with their Response to Announcement to help the Department meet the 11.95% DBE goal established by FHWA. The consultant selected as a result of this RFP (Consultant) shall be responsible for assisting KYTC in the contract administration, construction oversight, inspection, quality control, and quality assurance, of the I-69 Henderson Project.
