Pre-Bid Meeting Information: No pre-bid meeting The project scope includes a concession building and open-air performance center. A bid alternate includes two open-air picnic shelters. Principal components of the structure are concrete footings, concrete masonry walls and foundations, steel columns and connectors, pre-engineered trusses and bracing, roof sheathing, and concrete slab on grade. Other materials include an asphalt shingle roof, burnished block and wood sided walls, and paint. A bid alternate includes metal roofing. A Single Prime Bid will be received for labor and materials for the project. Substantial completion: October 2, 2020. Final completion: October 16, 2020.
