As of October 26, 2022, construction documents are complete and a Construction Manager has been selected to bid the project. Since that time, funding for Segment 2 arrived sooner than anticipated, therefore, we can award contracts for the additional scope of work. For Segment 1, Architectural Services was awarded to Lesko Architecture, and CMR services was awarded to Hammond Construction.
