Site work for a water / sewer project in Chenoa, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of February 13, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Installation of approximately 1500 feet of 8 PVC watermain and associated services and appurtenances. The successful Bidder shall provide at least 40% of all labor required for the completion of this project. The Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent of the gross amount of the bid. Bids may be held by the City of Chenoa for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bidders are advised that this Contract will be subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time. Interested subcontractors should contact the general contractor directly for more information.
