Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Laguna Beach, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, material, tools, and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of damaged asphalt pavement, compact all existing class II road base, and replace existing asphalt with four (4) inches of new asphalt pavement . Approximately 65,000 square feet of asphalt of will be involved in this project. The full specifications are outlined in the Project Manual marked Exhibit D Attachment 1, included as part of this bid booklet which may be accessed. This project will have progress payments to the contractor. Questions: Questions may be submitted in writing, via electronic to Julie.Tobin@parks.ca.gov through the end of day of Monday March 30, 2020. Answers Will Be Electronic, by Friday April 3, 2020 @ 4:00 Pm Required License: A - General Engineering Contractor OR C12 - Earthwork and Paving Contractors Project Duration: Ninety (90) calendar days from the date of written notice to commence work. This time includes ten (10) calendar days allowed for the contractor to prepare to begin work. 6% DVBE participation is required for this solicitation
