*This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis. This Project was originally Scheduled on bid 4/21/2020. Now Bid date changed from 4/23/2020. The existing exterior lighting within the South Cross Bayou Advanced Water Reclamation Facility have become more difficult to maintain as the existing fixtures and luminaires have required increased repair and / or replacement. The primary goals and objectives of the project are to maintain and improve exterior site lighting as it relates to safety and security for operations staff to perform tasks at night, reduce lighting maintenance activities by upgrading aged infrastructure, standardize the facility on lighting fixtures, and luminaires to improve future maintenance activities, improve sustainability by reducing electrical power consumption and utilizing energy efficient technologies. *Due to COVID-19 state of emergency, public bid openings will not be conducted. Vendors are requested not to attend bid openings. Purchasing will post unofficial bid result to the County website as soon as possible. Additionally, it is requested that vendors mail all submissions so they are received by the due date indicated in the bid documents and not deliver submissions in person.
