The City of Rochester Department of Environmental Services Street Design Division is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The City seeks to enter into a Professional Term Services Agreement with multiple civil engineering consultants with transportation engineering expertise, specializing in planning, design, environmental services, and construction oversight/Resident Project Representative (RPR) services. All questions and City responses will be shared with all who have indicated intent to submit a proposal and have provided an e-mail address. Deadline for questions April 10, 2020 Response to questions submitted April 14, 2020 Subject to City Council approval, Professional Term Service Agreements with each selected firm shall be for a three year period with an option to renew for two additional years.
