As of August 6, 2021, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Gertz Hall is a one story building, 8,200 SF approximately, gut renovation and addition. The new renovation will include all new roofing, new windows and new heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems. New electrical system and lighting, new fire alarm system. The interior includes new configuration of rooms and all new finishes. These include new carpeted floors, new painted gypsum board partitions, new channel glass partitions, new ceilings, and new millwork. The new addition at the southwest will contain a new entrance and waiting room. The new addition will be constructed from steel and glass, poured concrete and will include built in millwork, new site drainage and grading, and new concrete walkways. The bidder or its principals must have completed 5 (five) contracts of relatively similar size and scope within the last 10 (ten) years or demonstrated an increasing ability to successfully complete contracts of incrementally larger size and scope within the last 10 (ten) years.
