Site work for a water / sewer project in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, mobilization to the site, removal of the existing coating system on the existing walkway and platform framing and support members, lead paint containment, and complete re-coating of the platform in accordance with United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) EM 1110-2-3400 guidelines. The Luzerne County Flood Protection Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the Bidding.
