Renovation of a conference / convention center in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
BCEC High Roof Repairs - This project includes providing all labor, materials, and equipment for the reseaming of the existing Bemo standing seam metal roof at the BCEC, which will be occupied and operating during construction; all as more fully set forth in the Specifications and Drawings. Questions or requests for information, clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents must be submitted in writing to bflynn@massconvention.com and cc imetaj@signatureboston.com in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be received no later than 5/4/22 @ 5:00 P.M. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Scope of work consists of reseaming the existing Bemo standing-seam metal roof as shown on the Contract Drawings. Work shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements so as to maintain the existing warranty and not interfere with the Owner's event schedule. It is the Contractors responsibility to ensure that the Owner's Warranty remains intact.
