Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

As of 12/15/21 this RFP has been cancelled. Plan to revamp and reissue the RFP in quarter 1 of 2022 EPB is looking for proposals to design and build our East Operations Center based off our specifications and requirements. The project consists of the design and build of an EPB operations center on tract 22 of the ESIP complex. The goal of the facility is to provide efficient ingress/egress of vehicles, efficient movement of material and employees, and to be a pleasant, welcoming place to work. EPB reserves the right to reject any and / or all proposals, waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which, in its opinion, may be for the best interest of the Board.
