Site work for a water / sewer project in Ada, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The approximate quantities of major items of work are as follows: 420 Lft Place CIPP Liner inside 24 inch Diameter Sanitary Sewer 6,080 Lft Place CIPP Liner inside 30 inch Diameter Sanitary Sewer 1 Lsum Rehabilitation of Manholes Removal of Protrusions, Cleaning and CCTV Inspection, Traffic Control, Bypass Pumping, Restoration, and all Appurtenant Work. Bids will be on the basis of unit prices as listed on the Bid Form, and may be submitted using the e bidding system or by buying the Bidding Documents as stated below and submitting the Bid Form. Only Bidders who have been prequalified by Ada Township within the required days in advance of the bid opening in accordance with the Information for Bidders section will have their bids opened and read. This project will be entirely funded by Ada Township; no federal or state grants are involved. All Proposals shall be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents. A Proposal Guarantee payable to Ada Township, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, must accompany the Proposal in accordance with the Information for Bidders. The right is reserved by Ada Township to accept any Proposal, reject any or all Proposals, and to waive informalities in bidding when it is deemed to be in the interest of Ada Township.
