Number: AC-STBG-NHPP-000B(603)E This project is for the Installation and Establishment of Trees, Shrubs, Perennials, and Bulbs in Baltimore County (District 4), following the substantial completion of the roadway improvement projects. The Installation and Establishment of Trees, Shrubs, Perennials, and Bulbs at the project sites will be as directed by the Engineer. Site specific installation assignments will be coordinated between the Engineer and Contractor and shall only begin after the Engineer has directed with written approval. This work will also include miscellaneous landscape and vegetation management crew day work, turfgrass and turfgrass sod establishment, and constructing planting beds associated with site preparation and same day stabilization as directed by the Engineer. All landscape sites are within MDOT State Highway Administration's rights-ofway, in Easements held by MDOT SHA, or located on other property under agreement within the roadway contract. Minimum wage rates for each Project, if applicable, have been pre-determined by law and are set forth in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). Bids must only be made upon the latest electronic proposal forms (and attachments) that are furnished by the Administration.
