The Town of Nantucket, Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for various improvements and repairs at the Town Pier located at 34 Washington St., Nantucket, MA 02554 Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a BID BOND, CASH, or, CERTIFIED CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5% of the bid price. All bids for this project are subject to applicable public bidding laws of Massachusetts, including, but not limited to G.L. c.149, 44A(2)(C) and c.30, 39M. Contract award by the Town is contingent upon available funding. The Town may reject any and all bids if it is in the nest interest of the Town to do so.
