NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Spokane County, Washington, completed during 2021 the following described public works projects as Day Labor, pursuant to the provisions of RCW 36.77.065 and RCW 36.77.070, for the actual costs listed: COUNTY ROAD PROJECT CRP 3269 - Improvement of Chattaroy Road between US-2 (Newport Hy) and ElkChattaroy Road (1.49 miles) in Spokane County in Sections 26, 27 & 34, Township 28 N., Range 43 E., W.M. by pulverizing existing pavement, providing Portland cement Type 2, cement spreading, mixing, processing and shaping and fog sealing the subgrade. Adding three inches of crushed surfacing top course to the road surface, shaping and compacting for subsequent placement of three bituminous surface treatment layers.
