Renovation of a medical facility in Brentwood, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospital.
Pilgrim Psychiatric Center, W. Brentwood, N.Y., requires replacement of the windows at buildings 19, 20, 45, 47, 56, 69, and 72. The work includes removal of the existing wood window head and jamb frame, window sash, screens, and replacement of the existing with aluminum windows with custom extruded aluminum panning. The existing windows have lead containing paint and the contractor shall be responsible for complying with OSHA 29CFR1926.62-Lead Exposure in Construction. There will be one (1) Contract awarded for the Work of this Project-General Construction Project estimated at between $9,500,000 and $10,500,000.
