The County of Volusia, Department of Public Works, Engineering & Construction is seeking a single, responsive and responsible Bidder for the permitting and construction services for the Lemon Bluff boat ramp and parking facilities located at 949 Lemon Bluff Road, Osteen, Florida 32764. The lowest responsive and responsible Bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings. Total contract time of one hundred fifty-two (152) days. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, treasurer's check, bank draft or Bid bond in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the Bid amount payable to the County of Volusia; as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted The County of Volusia reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the County of Volusia. The pre bid meeting was originally scheduled to bid on April 02, 2020 is cancelled. *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
