As of September 25, 2020, construction has not begun and a general contractor has been awarded. The Base Bid includes the cold milling and asphalt resurfacing and addition of left turn lane (including surcharging) from Station 16+80 to Station 146+63, as noted on Sheets No. 8 through Sheet No. 19 on the project plans. The Alternate Bid I includes the removal and replacement of concrete pavement including driveways and sidewalks from Station 10+29 to Station 16+80, as noted on Sheet 7 of the project plans.
