Emailed copies of each proposal are required but are limited to a maximum size of 20MB. All necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials for: modification of the existing water storage tank by adding hatches, access ladder and associated foundation, and vinyl non-skid walkway. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this project. No Bid will be received unless accompanied by a cashiers, certified or bank check or a Bid Bond equal to at least five percent (5%) of the maximum Bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that after a Bid is accepted, Bidder will execute and file the Agreement and 100 percent Performance and Payment Bonds within 10 days after the Notice of Award. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality or technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for opening Bids.
