Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fridley, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of approximately: 1 LS - Lift Station Wet Well & Pumps 110 LIN FT - Sanitary Sewer 1 LS - Lift Station Controls, Valves, & Generator Building 160 LIN FT - Sanitary Forcemain 300 SQ YDS - Bituminous Patch 430 SQ YDS - Sodding & Erosion Control 200 SQ YDS - Concrete Pavement 815 SQ FT - Concrete Walk 185 LIN FT - Concrete Curb & Gutter together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by August 13, 2021. BID SUBMITTAL: A Bid shall be submitted online no later than the date and time prescribed. BID SECURITY: A proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Fridley shall accompany each bid.
