Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Collingwood, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This Invitation to Tender is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of the Napier Street South Reconstruction. The general scope of work is as follows: - the replacement of 343 m of existing sanitary sewer and associated services and structures; - the replacement of 62 m of storm sewer and associated structures; - the installation of 261 m of storm sewer and associated structures; - the replacement of 322 m of watermain and associated services and appurtenances; - the installation of 380 m of 1.5 m wide concrete sidewalk; and - the reconstruction of 350 m of existing roadway to an urban cross section, complete with restoration of all associated disturbed areas, including driveways, topsoil, sod and surface elements within the boulevard. It is anticipated the work of this project will be during the 2020 construction season.
