This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba , as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the replacement of roofing assembly, rain gear, attic insulation, partial wall claddings, windows and exterior doors, mechanical HVAC upgrades, including retrofit of existing walkways, patios and stairs, re-grading and landscaping, parking area, garbage enclosures, tree removal/pruning, fence replacements, electrical and lighting upgrades to the site. And related electrical upgrades as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3). The Owner requires the services of a Contractor for an Exterior Retrofit, Mechanical and Site Work in the building inventory consists of ten (10) single family dwellings, four (4) duplex dwellings, and three (3) multifamily townhouses. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, retrofit of the existing exterior building envelope, mechanical & electrical upgrades, and miscellaneous site work repairs.
