Independent School District #194 will receive multiple prime sealed bids for the McGuire Middle School Gymnasium Addition – Bid Package B Bid, until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at the Office of Facilities and Plant Planning,17630 Juniper Path, Suite A, Lakeville, Minnesota, 55044 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. This Bid Package includes: Demo/Carpentry/Doors/Specialties, Metal Wall Panels, Masonry, Roofing & Sheet Metal, Storefront & Glazing, Drywall, Painting, Demountable Partitions, Acoustical Ceiling Tile, Fire Protection, Plumbing & HVAC, Electrical & Technology, Earthwork & Utilities, Site Concrete and Landscaping. There is a non-mandatory walkthrough for this project on (Friday, April 10th at 8:00 a.m.) This walkthrough is highly recommended for the M/E/P trades. This will be the only walkthrough prior to the bid due date. Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.
