Site work, new construction and renovation of an educational facility in Hutto, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 49,501-square-foot educational facility; and for the construction of a 26,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.

As of November 19, 2021, construction is underway. The Hutto Independent School District 2019 Bond was approved by voters. Plans include: Demolish original 15,427 square foot classroom building. Construct new, two story, 26,000 square foot addition to house 21 classrooms, 1 music room and administrative space. Major renovation of existing 12,264 square foot building into larger media center and 4 larger classrooms. Major renovations of existing 9,737 square foot serving, kitchen and administration building. Minor renovations of remaining 27,500 square foot to improve dining area, gymnasium and classroom wing constructed in 1990's. Baird/Williams Construction is the Construction Manager-at-Risk on the Hutto Elementary School Additions & Renovations project for Hutto Independent School District. This project is to complete and open at the beginning of the 2021-2022 school year next August of 2021. We are accepting proposals from subcontractors and material suppliers for the construction of this project. We will accept proposals in our office via mail, fax, phone, or email.
