Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Pine Island, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes but is not limited to the following Work: Sandblasting/removals of existing coating systems, Containment systems and contaminated blasting media disposal, Corrective welding work at existing lap joints and removals, Various structural repairs and new support members for containment systems, New vent and access cover installations in tower roof area, Tower handrail and ladder modifications, Installation of new access pressure hatch in center riser column, New interior and exterior primer, stripe, intermediate and final coating systems, Tower disinfection per AWWA 652, Water tower logo application. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete on or before September 18, 2020 and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before October 9, 2020.
