Sanborn Regional High School Renovations 2022 Kingston, NH the Sau #17 Subbidders may purchase partial sets with the understanding that it is their responsibility to review all the Contract Documents because other trades' work and /or drawings may impact their work and pricing. The documents require any bidder to provide the work indicated whether such work is shown within the normal location of the work or elsewhere in the Contract Documents. Subbidders or vendors requesting partial sets are solely responsible for determining specifications pages and/or drawings required for their purposes.A Bid Bond, Bank Draft, or Certified Check payable to SAU #17, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the base bid shall accompany each Bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bonds.All bonds are to be by a surety and in a form acceptable to the Owner or its attorney. SAU #17 reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities or informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the written consent of the Owner.
