Furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to Construction of Manvel Town Center Water Plant for Brazoria County MUD No. 42, Brazoria County, Texas Construction of one (1) 1,200 GPM gravel wall water well and one (1) 350 GPM gravel water well (supplemental item) (including test hole, drillers log, analysis of drill cuttings, drift indicator survey, electric log, gas log, water quality sampling, evaluations report), well construction (including multi-shot alignment survey), well development, pumping tests, chemical analysis, well cleaning, disinfection, well pump installation, and site work. Construction of one (1) 244,000 gallon welded steel ground storage tank, control building, booster pumps, chlorine solution disinfection facilities, air compressor, electrical service, switch gear, emergency diesel power generator, one (1) 15,000 gallon hydropneumatic tank, together with required site preparation and grading, drainage, roadways, yard piping, fencing, controls, and all required appurtenances for a complete and operational water plant. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
