The Rivanna Solid Waste Authority is seeking proposals for Professional Landfill Engineering and Groundwater Consulting Services from parties interested in supporting the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority (RSWA) with managing an existing closed landfill as well as various solid waste and recycling operations. RSWA does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age or disability, or against faith-based organizations as defined under the Virginia Public Procurement Act on the basis of such organization's religious or charitable character.
