Site work for a civil project in Perris, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work comprises of interior recoating and construction of tank retrofits for the Markham water storage tank. The work includes recoating the tank interior coating, modification of the overflow pipe and construction of air gap assembly, demolition and replacement of all cathodic protection system, installation of four (4) perimeter roof vents, demolition of existing guardrail, installation of perimeter safety guard rail, demolition of the existing roof access hatch, installation of a plate over the opening, installation of a new roof access hatch, and removal of existing interior ladder. Due to COVID-19 the District is closed to public access; therefor bids will not be publicly opened. The Preliminary Bid Summary will be posted on the website www.emwd.org once all bids received have been opened.
